These terms apply when you use the JSUSE and LapinTool websites, create an account, download software, or use services linked from these websites. By using them, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts
Some features require an account. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Software and services
Software descriptions, versions, availability, and system requirements are shown on the relevant product page. Software and online services may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Each download may also be subject to license terms included with that software; those license terms govern your use of the software where they apply.
Acceptable use
Do not use the websites or services to break the law, infringe another person's rights, interfere with service security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute malicious content. Do not misuse accounts, downloads, or infrastructure in a way that harms other users or the service.
Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party services, including Google Sign-In. Your use of those services is also subject to the relevant provider's terms and policies. We do not control third-party services or their availability.
Availability and warranties
We work to keep the websites and downloads available and accurate, but provide them on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every product will meet every user's needs. Nothing in these terms limits rights or warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Suspension and changes
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law. We may update these terms as the service changes. The revised terms take effect when posted here; continued use after that date means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
